Rafixy is an AI companion designed to help you decompress from daily life. It listens, remembers, and grows alongside you.
Rafixy is not a therapist, counselor, or medical professional. It does not provide mental health diagnoses, treatment plans, or clinical advice. If you are in crisis or need professional support, please contact a licensed professional or call your local emergency services.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use Rafixy.
You agree not to use Rafixy to:
You retain ownership of the content you share with Rafixy. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use your conversation data solely to provide and improve the Rafixy experience.
Rafixy includes a built-in safety system that monitors conversations for signs of distress or crisis. When triggered, it may provide crisis resources and hotline information. This safety protocol cannot be disabled, including by business tenants.
Organizations using Rafixy for their teams or communities ("business tenants") may configure the companion's personality, knowledge base, and branding. Business tenants receive only anonymized, aggregated analytics — never raw conversation content.
We strive to keep Rafixy available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Rafixy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated responses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Rafixy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
