Rafixy is built on the principle that your conversations are yours. We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service and never sell your information to third parties.
Account information. When you sign up, we store your email address, display name, and authentication credentials (managed via Firebase Authentication).
Conversation data. Voice conversations are processed in real-time for transcription and AI response generation. Conversation summaries, themes, and extracted memories are stored to personalize your experience.
Personality traits. Responses from onboarding and ongoing conversations are analyzed to build your Mind / Heart / Body profile. These traits are stored to help Rafixy understand and adapt to you.
Usage data. We collect basic analytics such as session duration and feature usage to improve the product.
Conversations and memories are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption in transit and access controls on all data stores.
For B2B deployments, tenant administrators see only anonymized analytics — keyword trends, topic categories, and sentiment aggregates. Administrators never have access to raw conversation content.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, we remove your profile, conversation history, memories, and personality data within 30 days.
We use the following third-party services to operate Rafixy:
